Online Learning Fees

*The following qualify for 20% scholarship: minors, full-time students, employed or licensed teachers, homeschooling parents, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Individual online courses

    1. For individual online courses, the student must pay in full by the day prior to the start of the course. For example, if your course is scheduled to start on June 5, you should have paid in full by June 4.

    2. Individual course payments made on or after the starting day of the course will be transferred to a later Class Week.

  2. Online bootcamps

    1. The bootcamp fee must be fully paid the day prior to the first day of the first course in the bootcamp.

    2. The bootcamp fee is a payment for the specific dates included in the bootcamp. Students enrolled in a bootcamp ("bootcampers") WILL NOT be allowed to transfer to later schedules.

    3. Bootcampers will not be entitled to grace periods that Storywriting School gives to those who are enrolled to individual courses.

    4. Bootcampers will only be entitled to two (2) coaching video calls throughout the duration of the bootcamp, instead of one per course for those who are enrolled to individual courses.

  3. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Extension Fee

We'd rather you finished your course within the stated duration. But in case you really couldn't, we can extend your deadline by seven days for a fee. We charge a fee because your class administrator and your coach will need to extend their work period for you. You must request your class administrator for an extension within 24 hours of the end of the class/previous extension, as well as pay within 72 hours of the end of the class/previous extension. A student is only allowed to extend his/her deadline a maximum of two (2) times.

Students who do not finish within the deadline (course duration or extension) will not gain a certificate from the online course. However, since the course will be archived using Google Classroom after all deadlines are over, everyone enrolled will still have access to course materials for as long as Google Classroom allows it. If you're not interested in getting a certificate, we suggest that you do not pay for an extension and, instead, simply go through the course material on your own.

Regular: ₱1,000

20% scholarship: ₱800

Payment Channels

Note: On the registration form, we asked for your preferred payment channel. However, you may change your payment method without notifying us, except if you suddenly want to pay through 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, or Coins.ph Wallet because these payment channels will require a payment request from us.

1. Online though credit card or PayPal

You may pay for your course online using a credit card or a PayPal account. If you're using a credit card, you don't need to have a PayPal account to send us your payment.

2. Bank deposit or transfer

We receive payments through BDO or BPI.


3. GCash

You may pay by making a transfer or payment to our GCash account. For security purposes, please text +639055762197 to request for our GCash QR code or account details.
